Smoked Salmon & Dill Fettuccine

Ingredients:
- 1/2 large sweet yellow onion 
- 1 tbsp butter 
- 1 large bunch fresh dill* 
- 8 oz cold smoked salmon 
- 1 cup heavy cream 
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice 
- 8 oz fettuccine 
Directions:
- Cook the pasta according to package direction. Do not add salt as the salmon is already salty. 
- To make the cream sauce, saute the onion in the butter over medium high heat until golden brown. 
- Reduce heat a bit and add the dill, salmon and cream. Gently heat until the cream is infused and stir until the salmon flakes. Add the lemon juice and stir. 
- Gently toss the cooked pasta in the sauce and serve. 
*Use as much or as little dill as you like. I generally use an entire .05 oz container of fresh dill.
